Knights are Magic's embodiment of martial service: sworn warriors, orders, and banners that bind a fighter to a cause. Across the multiverse they appear in white most often, though black knights and other colors have their own grim codes. On the battlefield, the type leans toward disciplined combat—efficient bodies, first strike, vigilance, and bonuses that reward attacking or fighting alongside a leader.
Typal Knight decks usually aim to assemble a critical mass of Knights, then press an advantage with lords, anthems, or equipment. Some builds go wide with cheap Knights and token support; others lean on a few resilient threats and auras. Because so many Knights are white, mana bases often stay simple, but black and multicolor Knights offer sacrifice, recursion, or aggressive curves. The result is a deck that feels like an army: coordinated, relentless, and stronger together than its individual soldiers.
