Advisors are the counsellors, bureaucrats and courtiers of Magic — the figures who whisper in a ruler's ear, stamp a guild's paperwork or quietly steer a kingdom from behind a desk. Across the game's worlds they show up as viziers and royal retainers, scholarly aides, and officious functionaries, which is why the type leans so heavily toward White and Blue: law, order and accumulated knowledge made into small creatures.
Advisor typal decks usually play as slower, grinding builds rather than fast aggression. Cheap Advisors are used to smooth draws, tax opposing plays or slowly widen a board, while the finishers reward you for keeping several of them around. Expect a control-minded shell that trades speed for inevitability, with the occasional Commander deck turning a crowd of Advisors into a genuine win condition.
