Walls are the game's great defenders: creatures that trade the ability to attack for toughness and a stubborn refusal to let anything past. Across the Multiverse they take whatever shape a world demands — living stone, thorns, ice, bone, fog, or something stranger — and they rarely share a single color or allegiance, showing up as often as colorless artifacts as they do in any one color.
Typal Wall decks lean into that identity. They tend to play a defensive, controlling game, using high-toughness blockers to stall the ground while slower win conditions or card-drawing engines do the real work. Because most Walls cannot attack, such decks rarely race; instead they buy time, and the payoff cards that reward having a board full of defenders turn the archetype into more than a passive roadblock.
