Incarnations are living embodiments of abstract forces—emotions, ideals, and natural concepts given physical form. Across the Multiverse they appear as spirits, avatars, and elemental beings, each one a pure expression of a single idea. Their presence often signals that a place, person, or conflict has become defined by that concept, whether it is rage, wonder, or endurance.
Typal decks built around Incarnations tend to treat the graveyard as an extension of the battlefield. Because the type spans multiple colors—especially white and red—these decks often mix aggressive creatures with recursive or value-oriented effects, using the shared creature type to tie together pieces that might otherwise belong to different strategies. They can play as midrange or aggro, but they usually aim to convert the Incarnations' temporary presence into lasting advantage.
