About Myr

Myr are small, metallic artifact creatures that inhabit the plane of Mirrodin and beyond. They often appear as servitors, helpers, and mana producers, embodying the union of artifact and creature. Across the game's worlds, they are depicted as tireless workers, often in swarms, serving larger artifacts or planeswalkers. Their colorless nature lets them fit into many decks, though they also appear in colored variations.

Myr typal decks (often called Myr tribal) tend to be artifact-centric, going wide with cheap creatures that ramp mana and provide utility. They can swarm the board, sacrifice themselves for value, or assemble into larger threats. Because many Myr produce mana, they enable expensive artifact payoffs. The deck often plays like a combo or aggro-artifact hybrid, using lords or anthems to boost the team.
